Prashant Panjiar, Mahesh Bhat.
Spanning three decades, That Which is Unseen is a compilation of backstories from Prashant Panjiar’s years as a photojournalist illustrated through his images and his words.
Starting with his first self-financed work on the dacoits of the Chambal valley, the book takes us through his journey of working as a photojournalist with publications such as Patriot newspaper, India Today, Outlook and Time Magazine, as well as his documentary work for international non-profit organisations.
Join us for the Bengaluru launch of the book where the author, Prashant Panjiar will be in conversation with fellow photographer and educator, Mahesh Bhat.
You will also have the opportunity to get your own copy of That Which is Unseen and have it signed by the author post the event.
This is a physical event in collaboration with the Bangalore International Centre (BIC), where it will be hosted. Covid-appropriate behaviour and the wearing of masks will be expected of all attendees.
In compliance with government regulations, all attendees should also be able to produce proof of having received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at the entrance.
To RSVP, please write to us at hello@map-india.org.
