“A hat is a mood. It’s a feeling,” says the famed milliner Philip Treacy. Headgear–designed, sculpted, pieced together–can be very expressive accessories. Join us for a workshop where we make our own funky headgear and write slam poetry inspired by the Beneath the Turning Sky exhibition.
This is a workshop for you to explore how costume and voice can come together to aid self-expression in fun, exciting ways!
This programme is hosted in conjunction with the Teen Takeover programme.

Vasushree is a Class 12 student, a Bharatanatyam dancer, and also learns piano and practice karate. She joined Teen Takeover to explore art beyond dance, gain professional experience, and help teenagers connect to art through storytelling from my perspective.
