Trees are more than sources of shade, beauty and sustenance—they are living indicators of environmental change. Join us for an engaging workshop with SeasonWatch, a pan-India citizen science initiative that studies the seasonal cycles of trees to better understand the impacts of climate change. Through observing the leaves, flowers and fruits of common trees, participants will discover how seasonal changes reveal shifts in our environment and why long-term monitoring is vital for climate research.

The workshop combines both indoor and outdoor learning, offering insight into how everyday observations can contribute to scientific research.

This event is in conjunction with our ongoing permanent exhibition Beneath the Turning Sky.
