Holding Space: Feminist Reading Circle

What does vulnerability look like? What does care feel like?
These are the questions that artist Afra Eisma leaves us with in warrior garments.

Join us for a three-part series of reflective feminist reading sessions, developed in collaboration with Zubaan and  facilitated by Laxmi Murthy. Together, we will explore gender-based violence—its lived realities, and the possibilities of resistance, solidarity, and healing. Through stories, essays, and personal reflections, you are invited to engage with the exhibition at your own pace, in a space that encourages listening, sharing, and care.

Note:

-This is the first session in a three-part series presented alongside Warrior Garments. Each session is self-contained, but we encourage participants to attend all three.

-The upcoming sessions will take place on May 30 and June 21, 2026.

-Reading materials for each will be shared after registration.
