Rock City
Rock City recalls an era of rock and pop concerts in the early 2000s in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai, of crowds waiting for their favourite bands to perform in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. These concerts were organised by the Bangalore-based event management company DNA Entertainment Networks. The heart of this exhibition is the personal guitar collection of DNA’s founder Venkat Vardhan, accompanied by video clips of concerts and anecdotes from the audience. The exhibition captures the love for rock concerts with stories of people who swayed and head banged to the emotions of music.
