Journey with LURU

When

May 17, 2026
9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Luru Issue 04 is ready to bloom. Dip your toes into the stillness of Nature_Nurture with a sneaky preview this weekend, as we embark on a journey through the city’s parks and buses. But there’s a catch: you can pick only one.

Journey through the city’s buses with Bengaluru Bus Reads’ Sahana Srikanth leading the charge. Take a peek into her essay, ‘Think Like a Bus’ and ponder the maze that is Bengaluru. Or join Joshua Muyiwa as he takes us meandering through Cubbon Park. Read his essay, ‘Park Days’ that recounts the oral history of the park. Discover the park through the eyes of your fellow wanderers.

Both journeys lead you down the same path. If you decide that buses are your jam, join Bengaluru Bus Reads at 9:00 am on May 17, take a moment and read Nature_Nurture with us. If you choose parks, on the other hand, reach the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) at 10:00 am, have a solid Bengaluru breakfast before diving into Issue 04 with us—in the park and in print. Both adventures end with a walkthrough of Beneath the Turning Sky, the permanent exhibition at MAP.

Register now! Limited spots available for both events.
