The Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) is a bold, dynamic and ambitious project committed to building and sustaining a new museum of international standards in south India. Its mission is to exhibit, interpret and preserve a growing collection of art and cultural artifacts, motivated by a belief that museums can play a positive role in society.
While the physical space of the museum is being built, we are, in parallel, building the team that will form the operating and managing team for MAP. Our current team is full of smart, talented and interesting people who love the arts. It is not unusual to find us pouring over a recent acquisition and admiring its qualities. It is also not unusual to find us celebrating museum milestones or birthdays over cake, chai and coffee.
