Crochet Circle is a community-based creative initiative by the Kerala Museum, Kochi. Aiming to be inclusive and accessible, the programme invites individuals of all ages, abilities, and skill levels to explore the art of crochet. Created as a welcoming space for beginners, hobbyists, students, educators, and anyone seeking mindful group activities, it encourages creativity, learning, and connection through hands-on craft in a supportive environment.
With a focus on mindfulness, experimentation in materials and design, and adaptable teaching approaches, Crochet Circle prioritizes accessibility and participation at every level. The programme fosters a calm, encouraging atmosphere where participants can work at their own pace, express themselves freely, and build a sense of belonging and community through the shared joy of crocheting.
This programme is facilitated by and hosted in collaboration with the Kerala Museum.
