Design Lead
Neelima Prasanna Aryan (she/they) leads the design team at MAP. They are a graphic designer, illustrator and art director, who has been working with the not-for-profit sector and publishing industry for almost twenty years. As a queer feminist woman, their work over the years has been with organisations that focus on the rights of women, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalised communities. They design and illustrate book covers for leading publishing houses, and their graphic stories have been published in various offline and online publications.
Neelima’s personal art is an expression of her politics and largely revolves around loud and large women, queerness and community, loneliness and intimacy, shame and desire.
