Nature journaling is a creative practice that encourages us to slow down, observe closely, and connect with the natural world through curiosity and reflection. In this session, participants will explore nature using simple tools like sketching, writing, and mindful observation. From leaves and flowers to insects, textures and patterns, the session invites participants to notice the small details often missed in everyday life.

Inspired by the MAP’s Living Botanicals, the programme encourages participants to think about the relationship between plants, observation, storytelling, while exploring how nature has been documented, collected, and represented over time.
