Art Matters 2025: Setting the Agenda

Fostering a Network of Support for Arts and Culture

Art Matters 2025 is MAP’s inaugural philanthropy conference with Sattva and Give grants, and seeks to be a collaborative forum of philanthropists, cultural advocates, corporate leaders, art organisations, and artists. This transformative one-day event is designed to foster meaningful partnerships and inspire a thriving, sustainable network of support for India’s arts and cultural sector.

Why Now?

As MAP approaches its two-year milestone, this is a pivotal moment to reflect. How are philanthropists and corporates engaging with arts and culture? What successes can we celebrate, where do gaps remain, and how can we adapt to emerging trends? The conference invites you to pause, reflect, and envision the future, together.

Why Support the Arts?

When we invest in art and culture, the impact transcends a single artwork, artist, or performance. It weaves into the larger cultural fabric of our society, builds inclusive communities, and drives innovation. Art Matters explores the deeper “why” behind cultural philanthropy and its far-reaching significance.
