Sathish Kumar
Sathish Kumar, born in 1986 in Kanchipuram, India, is a Chennai-based photographer. His work explores everyday existence, encounters, and journeys to create expressions of himself and the world around him. Notable exhibitions include “Sunlight” at Experimenter, Kolkata, and “Town Boy” at Rencontres d’Arles Photo Festival, France, and Ishara Art Foundation, Dubai. He has participated in workshops and residencies with Dayanita Singh and others, and has received the Serendipity Arles Grant in 2020.
