Featuring dramatic stills, posters and lobby cards capturing the portraiture and scenes from popular Hindi cinema, this session focuses on the world of Bollywood and the intertwined narratives of its visual and musical cultures.
It also delves into the musical structure of the films, with Sadhana Rao elaborating on the construct of the background score and the form of Hindi film songs.
