In the latest episode of Museums Without Borders, MAP collaborates with the Museum Rietberg in Zurich to explore two breastplates from distinct living traditions — Bhutaradhane in Karnataka and Theyyam in Kerala. This episode is hosted by Dr Shobha Talengala, a consultant with the Deccan Heritage Foundation, whose interdisciplinary research delves into the oral and material cultures of ritual and narrative practices, with a focus on southern India, particularly Karnataka.
