Rashmi comes with a solid two decades of HR experience. Her qualifications (both Masters as well as Doctoral) align well with her extensive experience in HR.
At MAP, Rashmi heads the HR department, which encompasses everything from recruitment until an employee exits from the organosation. Besides routine HR Operations, Rashmi plays a pivotal role in improvising Organisational Culture. Employees’ wellbeing – both physical and mental, have been her primary goals.
She is involved in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits and statutory compliances. Rashmi works with senior management to create a positive workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
