Rashmi is the Head of HR at MAP. A seasoned HR Generalist, she has an MBA in Human Resources and has over 18 years of rich experience in the end to end implementation of HR practices. Her diverse experience ranges areas like, BFSI, healthcare, research and more. Rashmi’s expertise spans across all aspects of Human Resources including, talent acquisition, employee relation management, grievance redressal, HR communications, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations, among others.
An active participant and contributor to various forums and conferences focused on enabling individuals to succeed in their careers, Rashmi is a strategic professional driven by strong self motivation, and is an excellent team builder who excels in a diverse and fast moving work environment.
