  32 cm\n\nJoin us as we celebrate the opening of What The Camera Didn’t 
 See\, an exhibition that brings together 23 artworks by Alexander Gorlizki
  and the Pink City Studio. The works on display blur the boundaries betwee
 n photography and miniature painting\, creating new narratives while respo
 nding to historical photographs in the MAP collection. \n\nHistorical pho
 tographs can tell us a lot about the moment of their making\, perhaps some
 thing about their subjects\, but what do they leave out? Get a chance to i
 nteract with the artists Alexander Gorlizki and Riyaz Uddin at the opening
 \, learn more about where their imaginations took them when they considere
 d this question\, and explore the unique and quirky perspectives on the pa
 st they present in the show. \n\nThe opening of the exhibition also launc
 hes MAP’s festival Art is Life: Old Stories\, New Threads running from t
 he 1st to 3rd December 2023.
