DESCRIPTION:We need\, in every community\, a group of angelic troublemakers
  - Bayard Rustin\n\nThe joy of being unapologetically authentic is a gift 
 that we\, the queer-transgender community\, can share with the world. In t
 his 3 hour offering\, we will use arts to channel our resistance by celebr
 ating who we are. We will dance\, draw and craft words to resist efforts t
 hat seek to invisibilise us. The world should know that no matter what\, w
 e will still party! \n\nLet our joy and celebration be their trouble. \n
 \nThis event is presented in conjunction with the exhibition warrior garme
 nts\, on view at MAP until August 2\, 2026.\n\nThis programme is part of L
 GBTQIA+ programming and is an attempt to amplify narratives from within th
 e queer community through film\, dialogue\, and collective reflection.
