 visual and performance artist Smitha Cariappa’s “Give me a pen and pap
 er and I’ll tell you how I feel”. Contemplate the capacity and frailty
  of the human body. Smitha will be seated for 5.5 hours\, continuously wri
 ting found poetry\, responding to the postcards that are on display at our
  exhibition\, Hello &amp\; Goodbye: Postcards from the Early 20th Century.
  As the scroll of paper falls on the floor\, you are welcome to pick up an
 y part and read.\n\nThis is a chance to recall the older days of snail mai
 l\, waiting for the postman to deliver a letter\, and remember the feeling
  of writing on your notebook instead of typing away on a screen. You can i
 mmerse yourself in the visual exhibition alongside Smitha’s performance
