 p that draws inspiration from embodied movement and somatic practices such
  as Yoga\, Kalarippayattu\, and Bharatanatyam.\n\nThis workshop will emplo
 y elements of Attakkalari’s contemporary movement practice:\n- Movement 
 exploration: Engage in a series of movement exercises and improvisational 
 activities designed to help them connect with and observe their bodies and
  explore different ways of moving.\n- Choreographic process: Work collabor
 atively to create short dance/movement pieces\, using the techniques and p
 rinciples they have learned during the workshop.\n- Performance: A sharing
  session where participants will have the opportunity to perform their cho
 reographic creations for each other.\n\nThis event is open to anyone who i
 s 16 years and above with an interest in dance and movement\, regardless o
