DESCRIPTION:By intervening sonically within the space and responding to the
  exhibition’s themes\, the project seeks to create a moment of togethern
 ess and transversal exchange\, starting from an excerpt of the sound work 
 Chaotic Arrangements for 66 Voices by artist Axel Crettenand.\n\nThe work 
 places the theme of chaos at its core—as a cosmic\, scientific\, and rel
 igious phenomenon that has long shaped the world—opening reflections on 
 the possibility of new syncretisms between different ways of knowing and o
 n the manifestations of spirituality in the contemporary contexts. The pie
 ce originates from a device developed by the artist: a machine that genera
 tes chaotic movement within itself and\, through an advanced technological
  system\, translates data derived from this movement into a choir of human
  voices.\n\nCan we find forms of spirituality that resonate across worlds 
 and languages that appear distant and unrelated? How do ancient knowledge 
 systems intersect with our contemporary worlds? Can turning our gaze once 
 again toward an understanding of the cosmos be connected to the idea of re
 pair? These are some of the questions that the co-listening aims to open u
 p through the intersection of different invited voices\, using listening a
 s a space of resonance\, introspection\, and attunement among people\, art
 works\, and diverse forms of knowledge.\n\nThis project is part of the res
 earch ‘Co-listening: Sound Practices and Processes of Repair from the In
 dian Subcontinent’\, granted by the Directorate-General for Contemporary
  Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture under the Italian Council p
 rogram (14th edition\, 2025)\, which aims to promote Italian contemporary 
 art worldwide.
