A magenta ground brocade sari featuring pallu woven with the inscription in Devnagari reading ‘pati seva nari dharm’ (serving one’s husband, is the law (or duty) of womanhood) running in two rows set within dense floral bands. The rest of the sari is decorated with diagonal bands of large motifs of peacock and flowers interspersed with butta motifs. The border decorated with an additional floral band. All in gold zari with occasional use of green thread.
